Fine by me, but it does say £7 in Membership Details. No big deal. ;D

Fine by me, but it does say £7 in Membership Details. No big deal. ;D These were the Membership charges that we started the tent with. If you look on our official website (as opposed to this forum) you will see that the new fees are shown along with the membership form to be completed.

Received my membership pack today. Hoorah! Love the key ring, and VERY impressed with Jessop's Journal! I won't be able to attend any meetings, but glad to be amongst the Dirty Workers. I shall wield my flue-brush with pride. Thank you one and all.

I'll have to use my rifle. But I've just realised, that if I only have to pay £5 instead of the higher rates, and it's January, this could be the winter of my discount-tent! ;D ;D ;D Very Good, Judge Dirty Worker !

IMPORTANT NOTICEIt is with regret that issue #7 of our journal has had to be postponed until further notice. I was putting the 'finishing touch' to the latest issue, when the program I use crashed. After I re-loaded the program, it could not find the file that had number 7 on it. It had totally been wiped! Unfortunately, I had no backup copy. Any photos that were in it are safe, but several articles I'd done will have to be re-written. I've tried searching for the file elsewhere, hoping maybe it had been moved somewhere else on my hard drive but without any joy. Obviously you'll all be disappointed. I'm not best pleased myself. There was an exclusive article in there too! All I can do now is try and make a double issue in time for the next one. I don't get much spare time as it is but will try my very best to compensate. I'll print this notice to other members as a newsletter, for those members who don't use the forum. Sorry for any inconvenience folks! Upset?..... I'm housebroken!

Oh dear, what a catsafterme! Would you like to borrow my Imperial? Funny how we didn't get these problems in the good old days. I recently lost all my e-mail addresses and many "big" files, so I do synthesize with you. But I was looking forward to my copy, the last one was good. We will just have to face the situation with determination. I'll try reading the phone book instead. Not much plot, but an amazing cast!

Jessop's Journal lives!!!! Received my copy this morning, for which many thanks. It's swell! Grate coverage of the Laurel and HarDay, plus lots of other interesting items, and a LOAD of pictures. Loved it. Hope the next one isn't too far away, and keeps up the standards. Well done!
