Just got home from being part of the best Perfect Day (Laurel & Harday) in a long time, what a fantastic day and we were well supported. All the Dirty Workers team should be proud of themselves, I manned the dealers table with lots of help. Agnes did a great job on the door, Jiggs and Lola with Jessup all worked hard and well but a special mention to angus who sorted it all out and to Ian who kept the show moving along as only he can. Can't wait till Wednesday for our tents first birthday.

I was worried early on in the day. I didn't think that many people were gonna show up. I kept looking round and seeing an almost empty club, but suddenly the place was heaving.
The tickets I prepared had sold out and we were into the reserve ones I did!
Once we got going, the day was brilliant. The Bullseye game was well received and the Dirty Movies proved to be very popular.
A big thanks to the DIRTY WORK team for all your hard work and another big thank you to everyone who turned up.
It seems we are going to do it again next year...

What a fantastic day! And it went so quickly  I really enjoyed taking part in the darts & am really proud of my medal - even tho we went out in the first round  I took a few photos with my phone but a lot of them came out quite blurred  I'll post what I've got in photos section next. Everyone worked really hard & did a grate job - we should all be really proud of ourselves - especially Gary! The dirty movies went down a storm & got snapped up like hot cakes ;D Can't wait till the next one now! |
