The "antiques" show, Dickinson's Real Deal, comes from Ulverston this afternoon, and next Friday (April 30). Both programmes are repeats, so if you've seen them before, you can see them again. If you haven't, you can see them for the first time now, and see them again, next time. Neither is the edition where the Boys' autographs are sold (that's Kendal) but there might be some footage of Stan's birthplace. By the way, don't adjust the colour balance of your TV, the bloke really DOES like to appear that colour, but I shall have an early lunch. ITV1, 4pm, April 21 and 30. I will record both, on DVD.

On the April 21st programme, a 19th century rocking horse was sold by "Caroline", at auction, in aid of St. Mary's Hospice, Ulverston, and raised £345, including a cash donation from the programme. Very charitable.

The Bank Holiday (Monday) edition also comes from Ulverston. It's a repeat, but no more details. The orange man is mercifully on before lunch (11.30 ITV1).
