Hello everyone! I don't know if anyone comes here anymore but I just wanted to say hi & introduce myself... I'm Sarah, or Sal as most people call me, I'm 22 & I'm from the north west of england, in a little town called St. Helens [it's between Liverpool & Manchester] I've been watching Stan & Ollie since being about 4 years old, both my Dad & my big sister were fans so I grew up watching their amazing films. I still remember sitting crossed legged on the living room floor before going to school watching Brats & County Hospital [my faves at the time ] & my Mum telling me off because I never wanted to go, I wanted to stay home & watch them! haha! Now, I'm 22 & I still adore the pair of them. I have to admit that I have the slightest more fondest for Stan as he was also a fellow northerner & excellent talent. But I do love the pair of them to pieces. I'm a huge comedy fan in general & things like watching Stan & Ollie have helped me through some tough times over the years. I am now hoping to go into comedy myself but only as a hobbie as I'm training to be a Veterinary Nurse. I thought I'd join this board & perhaps chat to some like minded people as Stan & Ollie aren't the main interest of most girls [& boys] my age lol Thanks for having me! Sal x PS. I love the music videos on youtube! That's how I found this place... <3 Hello there, Sorry for the late welcome from me. I've not been on much with it being Christmas and averything. I was out trying to sell Christmas trees, but there was this angry bloke with a long moustache who ended up wrecking my car! ;D Nice of you to join us and I'm glad you enjoyed the music videos. 12 More videos coming soon in 2010. Thank you I'm hoping to this comedy/improv course sometime this year in Manchester, usually I think things like that are less about the comedy & are more like disguised self help courses for slightly unhinged people...but this one I've found seems quite good, plus, I have now realised that I might be a tad slightly unhinged myself anyway haha!  & Thanks Anita, very pleased to make your aquaintance too hun My favourite videos are "Animals" & "Food" but they're all fabbo x |
