Wednesday 13th January 2010
This year's theme for our meetings is 'Co-Stars'.
Each month we will be focusing on a particular actor. We will be starting with good old James Finlayson, then we will decide between us at the meeting who will feature the following month. Hives I know who you'll pick!!!
There will also be another selection of music videos to accompany the theme.
Be there folks "It's gonna be good!"

Oooooh, not long off! & not far from me! Well, it'd take me about an hour on the bus perhaps, but it's only one bus into Wigan from here! So the question I ask is...Do I qualify to attend one of these meetings yet? Or am I too much of a newbie at the moment? *looks hopeful* x

So the question I ask is...Do I qualify to attend one of these meetings yet? Or am I too much of a newbie at the moment? *looks hopeful* x You don't need any qualifications for our meetings. Everyone is welcome. The meetings are fun and FREE! Although, if you wanted, you could become an 'official' Son (daughter) of the Desert and join our tent. - All details can be found on our main website... www.dirtywork.org.ukOh, and by the way folks, the new video is already done. We will have the premier of it next week! ;D

Although I should warn that I've been ill with a tummy bug [how old do I sound? lol] so I will have to see how I'm feeling but hopefully I won't be ill for another blummin' week! I was ill all over the Christmas holidays! Plus, I wouldn't wanna pass it on to any of you, wouldn't be a good first impression lol. But as I say, I'm sure by another week I'll be fine as I'm feeling better...so in a week..you know *fingerscrossed* I'm very interested in becoming an official daughter, thanks for the info, although it will have to be bronze membership for now as funds are low...trainee Vet Nurses don't get heavy paychecks I'm afraid *sulks* Aw that's very sweet, thank you! That'd be very helpful! Cheers x

Look forward to seeing you there if you can make it then. And any membership with us truly appreciated. That's why we made the prices affordable for everyone's budgets. Bronze is super value anywway. After all, Jessop's Journal is quality (if I do say so myself!!!.... Yes I'm biased) I'm just hoping all this snow clears up by then, otherwise we might have to cancel the show! All being well, this won't happen!

i'm a bronze member meself - and jolly good value it is too Sal - just to add to what Jiggs has already offered - if you want us to meet you just drop us a PM - might be better to talk to Jiggs as I can't get on very often, he'll pick up his messages quicker than me. Looking forward to seeing the new film!

One question? Is there any way of paying for membership with my debit card rather than cheque? We can't do debit card payments at the moment, but if you attend the meeting, cold hard cash will do just as well! Don't send cash through the post though. See Agnes our treasurer to sort it, then I'll sort out your membership pack.
