DVD: The Definitive Collection, been after this for ages! I love it! Stan's solo films are really hilarious & they've made my love/respect for him go up ten-fold! <3


That's it for piccie previews but I've also bought:
DVD: The Stan & Ollie Collection: Mud & Sand & The Sawmill.
I got it off ebay for a great price & I had to get it because Mud & Sand is my definite fave Stan solo, it cracks me up completely! haha!

Book: The Comedy World of Stan Laurel by John McCabe
This is a second hand copy off amazon since WHSmith decided to mislead me by having it on their website then telling me it was out of stock when I tried to order it >.<
But it's in good condition.
Only had it a few days & I'm up to Chapter three so far...I'm loving it, I love reading about the boys, Stan in particular so this is great for me!

& I've also ordered this cute poster from Play.com:

Sounds like you're spending wisely, Sal. I think The Snow Hawk is on that DVD, which is often reckoned to be Stan's best solo.

Wisely on the items front, but not on me' money front! he-he! ;P

Yeah, the Snow Hawk is definitely one of my faves, I like "Frozen Hearts" a lot too & "Mother's Joy" but "Mud and Sand" will always be my top favourite!

The badge is very cute...he-he still can't believe how much it matches my bag!

Watch this space, I get paid again this friday! haha
