Ulverston history

Anyone in or near Ulverston on Wednesday May 5th might be interested in a meeting at the Library, at 1pm, where local historian Jennifer Snell, will give a talk about local history, and lead a short walk around the town centre. Mrs. Snell is well-known in L & H circles, as a valuable source of historical material in support of research into Stan's early life and ancestry.
