The meetings are always good but we need to do something about our attendance.
It's time someone stepped in to do the publicity. I just don't have the time spare to do it, although I have tried!

I'm working to a deadline of tomorrow afternoon for something right now, but after that, I'll produce a campaign strategy for ye, by PM or e-mail. A bit too long and boring for here. I'm sure Sal can charm someone at the local radio stations to get them interested. I'll try to make sure your regular meetings are listed in the "What's on" section of the local paper,, and that the local council has them listed in their "What's On" leaflets and websites. Sal will probably be able to advise on promoting through Facebook etc. The web's the way these days, but there are tried and tested methods. We will face this situation with determination - and a pint of Brew X1.  |

OK, all the local media have been circulated with the details of the monthly meetings, including Wish FM. We need to supply them with a LOCAL phone number ASAP, so please use my private e-mail or PM with a few numbers, so I can pass them on. At the moment, I am the only contact, and I am banished to Bogeyland.
I'll update with any replies etc., and field any calls with "holding" info for the time being, but once a LOCAL number is available, it's over to you.
We'll also need to work up a Press Pack, so start digging out any relevant copyright-free photos/drawings/images etc., plus mug-shots of the main head honchos. The artwork of the Tent logo also needs to be available for press reproduction.
Let's get this showon the road.
